This project was a large-scale expansion project to provide expanded power availability from Avista. The project consisted of complex demolition of the existing truck dumper, associated structures, and infrastructure. Mass site excavation, site grading, site work, large electrical utility infrastructure installation, structural concrete foundations and pads, fencing, and HMA paving.
