This WSDOT project Consisted of improvements of Brooks Road Sections by clearing and grubbing, demolition, temporary stream diversion, new storm sewer, roadway excavation, embankment compaction, cement spreading and mixing, crushed surface top course, 40,000SY HMA paving, design build underground drainage structure/box culvert, Pre-Cast box culverts supplied by INWP, beam guardrail, signage, pavement striping and markings and landscaping repairs.
