Golden Hills Community

WM. Winkler CO. is proud to showcase the Golden Hills housing development, a large-scale civil and infrastructure development spanning 18 acres in a dynamic two-phase housing expansion. Our team delivered comprehensive site preparation and construction services, ensuring a strong foundation for this growing community.

This project included the installation of critical utilities—sewer, water, storm, power, and communications—alongside mass excavation, site grading, and preparation. We also enhanced accessibility and connectivity with new asphalt paving, concrete curbs and gutters, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, and driveway approaches.
