Woodridge Community

WM. Winkler CO. is proud to have played a key role in the successful development of Woodridge 4th Addition, an 8.5-acre neighborhood designed for 38 new homes. Our team completed the mass excavation of 35,000 cubic yards of material, carefully grading the site to ensure a strong foundation. We installed 2,000 feet of storm utility, 1,700 feet of sewer and water infrastructure, and 2,200 feet of electrical and communication utilities to support the growing community.

To enhance both function and aesthetics, we built 1,600 feet of Lock+Load retaining walls, poured 18,000 square feet of sidewalks, and completed 3,600 feet of curb and gutter. Every detail was executed with precision, ensuring long-lasting quality and reliability. From excavation to final touches, WM. Winkler CO. continues to deliver excellence in building stronger communities—one project at a time.
