WM. Winkler CO. continues to set the standard for large-scale residential development with our successful completion of this 30-acre housing project, laying the groundwork for a thriving 200+ home community.

As the Prime Contractor, WM. Winkler CO. provided comprehensive civil work and infrastructure installation, including all essential utilities—sewer, water, storm drainage, power, and communications. Our scope also included complete site grading, preparation, and the placement of a crushed aggregate base, followed by 25,000 square yards of hot mix asphalt paving.

Our team installed curb and gutters, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, and driveway approaches to enhance accessibility and durability. Additionally, we moved an impressive 145,000 tons of dirt and successfully installed a Lock+Load retaining wall, ensuring long-term stability and function for the development.

Demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and problem-solving, WM. Winkler CO. overcame the challenges of winter construction—traditionally a major obstacle in earthwork—by implementing innovative techniques and maintaining productivity throughout the season.
