This project is a 37.5-acre, multi-phase residential development project for a collection of 116 future home sites. As Prime Contractor, WM. Winkler CO. provided all design, permitting, management, supervision, quality control , safety over-sight, and subcontractor coordination. WM. Winkler CO. crews self-performed 80% of the labor for this contract. Our construction management responsibilities included managing 15 specialty subcontractors and major vendors. WM. Winkler CO. provided mass excavation, installation of underground utilities and precast concrete structures, grading, site concrete (sidewalks, curbs, aprons, ramps), paving and striping of roadways, installing irrigation systems and controls, installing landscaping for the city park, placing foundations for public restroom, and building commissioning.
